Check-in/Check-out

Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Wifi

Q: Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
A: Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Pets

Q: Are pets allowed at the Lodge?
A: We have select dog-friendly rooms. Units 1, 2, 3, and the house are all dog-friendly. 

Parking

Q: Is parking available on-site?

A: Yes, we offer parking for vehicles and boat trailers for all of our guests.

Boat Rental

Q: Do you offer boat rentals?
A: Yes, We can have a boat waiting at the dock for your arrival. BOOK HERE

Boat Slips

Q: Do you have boat slips available

A: Yes, we have 30 boat slips on our property. Each room booking comes with 1 complimentary boat slip.

 

Boat Launch

Q: Where is the nearest boat launch

A: The nearest boat launch is at the Bemus Point Boat Launch and Fishing Access Site, located at 9 Springbrook Ave, Bemus Point, NY 14712.

 

Dock Elecricity

Q: Do you have electricity on your docks?

A: Yes, our docks are equipped with electricity

 

Linens 

Q: Are linens provided?

A: Yes, linens and towels are provided. Please note that there is no laundry on-site, so you're welcome to bring extra towels or use the nearby laundromat.

Q: Are you within walking distance of restaurants and bars?

A: We're less than a mile from downtown Bemus Point, making it an easy walk or a quick ride with Miss Joanie's Shuttle Service at (716) 338-5095.
